DFSR - When creating a new name space, "Enable Windows Server 2008 mode" is grayed out.

DFSR - When creating a new name space, "Enable Windows Server 2008 mode" is grayed out. I'm using Windows Sevrer 2008 R2 Enterprise any ideas?
